Easy Kids Meals

We have pizza every Friday.  Deciding on toppings is always fun.  I have heard of many different strange toppings but hot dogs?  The winner of a challenge I put to my kids wanted a pizza with hot dogs needless to say she is only 3.  I searched through my recipes and came up with a recipe for a chili-cheese Dog pizza.  I can’t wait to try it. This is a meal that kids will love. 

• Pizza crust

• Left over hot dogs

• Olive oil

• One garlic clove chopped

• 1 cup of chili beans

• I medium onion chopped

• ½ cup dill pickles

• 1 cup of cheddar cheese

• ketchup

• yellow mustard

1. preheat oven to 400

2. place hot dogs sliced onto crust

3. drizzle oil and garlic over pizza

4. bake in oven till dough is done

5. top with remaining ingredients

6. squirt ketchup and mustard in a pattern over the pizza

how cool is that!
