Fried Chicken Dumplings

Fried Chicken Dumplings
Prep time 10 minutes, Cooking time 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 large chicken breasts or 1.5 lbs ground chicken
- 1 large onion
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- Dash of black pepper
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup fresh bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
Serves 3 kids & 2 Adults!
- Dice onion and sauté till lightly browned, remove from pan and let cool
- Take 5 slices of bread, dice and process to bread crumbs in food processor
- Cut chicken breasts into smaller pieces and grind in food processor
- Mix all ingredients together including sautéed onion excluding oil
- Heat oil on frying pan (about ¼ inch deep)
- Drop chicken mixture (2 tablespoons) as flattened mounds.
- Cook till browned, then flip over dumpling and cook until browned.
- Keep warm in a 200F oven
Serve with Herbal Rice and Sautéed Carrots.
